365: Dry
Do I look grumpy? Too right I do. It’s been a long day and here I am stuck in a fake steak house drinking fake, really fake beer. Zero alcohol Holstein. It is disgusting.
365: Kuwait at night
A rare break from the confines of the viewing facility, to look out towards bland, sandy, 42 degree Kuwait City.
365: British bye bye?
One of them is being taken over by Lufthansa, the other is facing mountains of debt (and I’m in hock to them for 650,000 miles). For the pure aviation geek, here’s a view one may not see for much longer.
365: Singing in a box
In a telephone box… at Guilty Pleasures, Koko, Camden. It was really hot in there. I wasn’t so hot at the singing.
365: Dilbertesque
Telephone interviewing centres around the world are very similar. Cubicle living for the needy.
365: Onboard
Just another day in the office at 36,000′. Aisle seat towards the front please (bmi takes forever to serve a simple breakfast, but you don’t care about that).
365: Celebrations, monied Jordanian style
Great fun to watch the bride and groom walk ever so tentatively down the steep marble staircase to their wedding reception. It had the lot – pyrotechnics, a huge cake, and a Hawaian band.
365: Sunrise/sunset
Is the effect I achieved whilst trying to work off a travel belly, doing situps in my hotel room.
365: Through the looking glass, again
Another day in a research sweat shop (literally – the A/C was conking out).
365: London to Brighton
Job done in just under three hours. Nice, and home in time for lunch.
